Booking terms

• Registration requires an account and the registration deposit, paid online by card through Stripe. Your place is confirmed the moment the deposit is paid.
• The rest of the price follows the Encounter’s payment plan. Each payment has its own date, shown on the Encounter page and in My Encounters, and the last one falls before the Encounter starts. Any payment can be made early.
• Prices are in AED and include taxes and fees. What each price covers is listed on the Encounter page under What’s included.
• Every Encounter is for women aged 21 or older.
• Itineraries may flex with weather, transport and local conditions. Significant changes are communicated before your Encounter starts.

Cancellation policy

• More than 60 days before your Encounter starts Payments beyond the deposit refunded
• 45 to 60 days before your Encounter starts 50% of the total refunded
• Less than 45 days before your Encounter starts No refund

The registration deposit is non-refundable. Less than 45 days before your Encounter starts, a refund is possible only if a suitable replacement traveller takes your place. You may transfer your place to another eligible traveller up to 14 days before your Encounter starts, at no charge. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Documents & insurance

• Your passport must be valid at least 6 months beyond your Encounter’s end date.
• Visas are your responsibility unless the Encounter page lists them as included. We send guidance after registration.
• Travel insurance covering medical care and travel cancellation is required on every Encounter.
